Can’t wait to head back to the DC Dragons 🐉 gym and work on some stunt skills. PLUS something new this year is a choreographer to assist in our creativity skills!

TCD WEEK THREE LUCKY DUCK 💛 🦆 ❤️‍🔥

LuAnna just joined TODAY and already showed SO much determination! She jumped right into learning the dance with the athletes who already knew it and picked up within TWO RUN THROUGHS!! We are so happy you’re in our Dynasty and we can’t wait to watch you blossom as an athlete!

Whoop whoop week 3 is done! We had such a good time at practice and we can’t wait to see everyone next week! Idk what was in the water today but we had MINIMAL disruptions and distractions in ALL levels today!!! Will or else worked on adding jumps into their sequence and D4 added more stunts! 🤩 we can’t wait to build on this hard work over the season 💜🖤🤍
