Okay gang, we're back at it tomorrow for Atoka City Lake Yoga classes! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 at the dock! We will do 30 minutes of yoga, then 30 minutes of walking/jogging! Come join us, you'll have a great time!

Have I shouted out how excited I am about this new journey I'm on lately! Come see me at Okla-yoga Studio, let me show you that yoga is for every shape, size, ability...... you don't have to be athletic, or super bendy (yep, that's exactly the word they used) and trust me everyone is doing their own thing so no need to feel awkward if your brand new! Come on y'all let's do some yoga! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️. Shout out to Hunter Eaves for being the best dang photog ever and an even better friend/cheerleader! Love ya girl
