Join us for a relaxing and fun Family Yoga Night for families and students in grades K–4, led by BLISS YOGA!

🗓 January 14th
⏰ 6:00–7:00 PM (please arrive by 5:45 PM)
📍 Elementary MPR Room
💲 $7 per person
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Limited to 50 participants

Bring your own yoga mat or towel and come stretch, relax, and enjoy time together as a family 💙

As we step into a new year, I'm so grateful for this community and the way you continue to show up for yourselves and for each other.

This year, we’re focusing on movement that feels supportive, sustainable, and steady. Focused on building strength, caring for our nervous systems, and creating routines that actually fit real life.
