Motherhood has been woven into the heart of Bliss Yoga & Wellness since the very beginning.
This space was built by a mom in the middle of early mornings, school drop-offs, sleepless nights, messy houses, growing dreams, and learning how to care for others while still trying to care for herself too.
Every instructor at Bliss is also a mother. Women who show up not only for their families, but for this community. Women who understand strength in a way that goes far beyond the physical. The kind of strength that keeps going even when tired. The kind that nurtures, guides, comforts, teaches, sacrifices, and still somehow finds room to give more.
So many of the women who walk through our doors are mothers themselves. Others are carrying the wisdom, love, or memories of their own mothers with them into class. Some come here to breathe for the first time all day. Some come to reconnect with themselves outside of the roles they carry for everyone else.
This Mother’s Day, I just want to say thank you.
To the mothers raising children.
To the women holding families together.
To the grandmothers, stepmothers, caregivers, mentors, and mother figures.
To the women still healing parts of themselves while raising others with love anyway.
Your strength is powerful.
Your presence matters.
And this community would not exist without women like you. 🤍
