Anxiety can show up when you least expect it—but you’re not powerless against it. Here are some gentle strategies that can help you feel more grounded in the moment:

1ļøāƒ£ 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique
Name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste. It pulls your mind out of the worry spiral and back into the present.

2ļøāƒ£ Box Breathing
Inhale for 4 seconds āž”ļø hold for 4 āž”ļø exhale for 4 āž”ļø hold again for 4. Repeat 3-4 times. Instant calm.

3ļøāƒ£ Move Your Body Gently
Stretch, go for a short walk, or shake out your limbs. Movement releases stored-up tension and shifts your energy.

4ļøāƒ£ Reassure Yourself
