Basic Cleanings Service:

All rooms , floors vacuumed
Mopped & Swiffered
Trash emptied and liners replaced
Dusting
Light organizing
Beds made (linens must be stripped prior)

KITCHENS
All counters washed
Stainless steel polished
Stove top cleaned
Inside and out of microwave
Sink sanitized
Exterior cabinets wiped
Exterior cleaning of all other appliances
Trash taken out

BATHROOMS
Mirrors cleaned
Toilets, vanities and sinks all washed and disinfected
Tub/Shower cleaned and disinfected

ALL Hallways, Entryways and Stairs
vacuumed and mopped (stairs wiped by hand if needed)🧹🧽

PLEASE BE ADVISED:

$25 lock out fee (paid on next visit)

$25 cancellation fee if not given 24 hour notice
(Paid on next visit)

$25 fee during winter, If conditions are not safe for us to enter your home, pathways not cleared/ salted ect. (paid on next visit)

$10 fee per day until payed, if payment is not received on the day of your service.

Indefinite changes for cleanings will be the same price as your regular scheduled cleaning (example: skip half bath this week) all permanent changes or add ons must be verified ahead of time for price compensation.
