𝐈𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐲. 📑

Compassion without structure leads to burnout. Teams run on heart alone until the weight becomes too heavy, boundaries blur, and good people leave exhausted.

It’s found in the moments when we pause, reflect, and recognize the people who walk beside us every day. This season’s gesture of giving—turkeys, pies, and gift cards for our caregivers—reminded me that success is never built alone.
