Carlos had been through it more times than he could count. Diet after diet. Effort after effort. Every time, it ended in frustration. But even then, he held on to the belief that change was still possible. 💭​

What pushed him forward was the drive to overcome his past struggles and finally feel in control of his health. He didn’t want another quick fix. He wanted a plan that worked and support that kept him going. 💪​
