Consistent marketing does not mean posting every day. It means showing up regularly in one place you can actually sustain.

I learned this after burning myself out trying to be everywhere at once. I was producing content for hours, following all the rules, and connecting with no one.

The approach that actually built my business looked nothing like a social media strategy. It looked like coffee, conversations, and showing up in rooms where my ideal clients already were.

This week I share exactly what that looked like and how to find the version that works for your business and your personality. Link in the comments.

I spent months building marketing around the wrong person.

Not because I did not know my niche. I had worked through all the exercises, answered all the questions, and felt confident I knew exactly who I was talking to. The clients who came through the door told a different story.

What I eventually learned is that there is a big difference between describing a category and picturing a real person. When you get that part right, everything else in your marketing gets easier.

This week I share how I figured it out and the approach that actually brought clients through the door. Link in the comments.

Raising your prices feels personal when you care about your clients. I know because I have been there.

I have sat across from parents who wanted my program for their teenagers and could not afford it. That conversation never gets easy. But here is what I had to learn the hard way.

If fear keeps your prices so low that you cannot build anything solid, you eventually reach a point where you cannot serve anyone at all.

This week I share how to raise your prices in a way that feels honest, prepared and fair to everyone including yourself. Link in the comments.

A quick call. That is what they said.

Two hours later I was still on the phone working through something I should have invoiced for.

Sound familiar? That is scope creep and it is one of the quietest profit killers in a service based business. It does not happen because clients are demanding. It happens because you care and you give and you do not want to disappoint anyone.

This week I talk about how to know what you are actually giving away and how to make a conscious choice about it instead of letting it happen by default. Link in the comments.

One question stopped me cold when I was offered a corporate contract.

How much will you charge?

I had no answer. I could not rely on gut feel this time. The stakes were too high and I knew it. So I called my dad and we worked through the real numbers together for the first time.

What came out of that conversation was a WOWZER moment I was not expecting. I could see exactly what I needed to charge, how many clients I needed in a session, and where the profit actually started.

This week I walk you through the same process. Link in the comments.

Charging what feels comfortable is not the same as charging what you need.

I learned this the hard way. I adjusted my prices twice and both times I did it on gut instinct rather than actual numbers. The work kept coming in but the profit never followed.

If your calendar is full and you are still wondering where the money went, your price might be the problem.

This week I talk honestly about why so many business owners get this wrong and what to do instead. Link in the comments.

Most business owners finish a quarter and move straight into the next one without ever stopping to read what just happened.

I have seen it with almost every client I have worked with. Not because they do not care but because nobody ever made it feel simple enough to bother.

That changes this week. I break down the five numbers that give you a clear picture of where your business actually stands and what to do with that information before Q2 gets away from you. Link in the comments.

A busy week does not mean a profitable one.

I have seen business owners run flat out for months only to look at their numbers and wonder where it all went. The Profit and Loss Statement answers that question. Every single line of it.

Once you know how to read it, you stop guessing and start making decisions that actually move the needle.

This week I walk you through it in plain language, no jargon, no overwhelm. Link in the comments.

Missing receipts are not an organization problem. They are a money problem.

When a receipt disappears, you either lose a real business expense or you guess at tax time. Neither one ends well.

I learned this early in my career with a client who handed me her finances in a paper bag every month. What I put in place for her took minutes to set up and saved us both hours every single month.

This week I walk you through the exact same approach. Link in the comments.
