Equine Assisted Learning is a learner based educational experience with horses. Booked and still not seeing profit!

Problem: direct costs and operating costs are mixed, so the numbers stay unclear.

Outcome: you can see what work is worth repeating and what overhead needs a cap.

My advice: code by purpose, not by vendor. Ask why you bought it before you categorize it.

If your categories confuse you, your reports will too.

Problem: too many accounts and duplicate names make you guess.

Outcome: faster coding and a Profit and Loss you can read.

My advice: do a quick tidy up. Keep what is clear, combine duplicates, retire what you do not use.
