Are you wanting to make a BIG difference in the Special Needs Community?

Here at Avid Quality Care, we do to! That’s why we are currently are looking for compassionate people for the following:

🩵 Full-time/ Live-in positions in a Group Home
🩵 Weekend/ Live- in positions. (Fri-Sun)
🩵 People who are willing to open their homes, and hearts, to serve as a Host Home Provider (Foster/Companion Care). This is where an individual would come to live with you in YOUR home to be loved like a member of your family.

Maybe you’re wanting to add your loved one to our wait list or for Group Home and Host Home services?

Maybe you are wanting to get to understand this community a little better, so volunteering sounds like the perfect fit for you?

No matter what you’re searching for, we are here to help and are happy to answer any questions you have!

We are looking for compassionate College Students who are interested in Volunteer or Service hours to work with our amazing community of Special Needs individuals.

Volunteer opportunities include assisting our clients or staff with activities at their Day Program, or assisting at our Group Homes by providing an activity or preparing dinner.

Today our Office Staff participated in our very first Easter Egg Hunt!

We split them up into teams and had them search for eggs in their teams color. Inside the eggs were candy and puzzle pieces and the first team to assemble their puzzle won the game… and a trip to the Movie Theatre’s!

Congratulations to Caden, Michelle and Ashley aka Orange Team!

Each team needed to:
1. Pick a team captain.
(for motivation and strategizing)

2. Find an item to hold their eggs.
(to represent adapting)

3. Figure out how they were gonna assemble their puzzles.
(practice delegating and working WITH our strengths)

All of our teams did WONDERFUL working together and it was so much fun to let the inner child come out and play.
