OT at the waterpark? Yes please! 💦

Therapy doesn’t have to happen in a routine setting—sometimes the best progress comes from PLAY.

We worked on:
🌊 Balance + coordination
🧠 Sensory regulation
💬 Real-world social skills

And yes—that is me doing a front flip. 😄

Because I’m not just on the sidelines—I’m in it with your kids, building trust and confidence through movement and fun.

Parents love it. 💜
Kids thrive in it. ✨

Back on the Field – An OT Graduation Story ⚽

I'm celebrating a teen soccer player who came to OT after a left foot injury and bone cyst.
Now? She’s back to running, kicking, and competing—pain-free 💪

OT is more than sensory and fine motor.
I treat teens, orthopedic injuries, and athletes, too.
From proprioception and strength to return-to-play routines, OT helps restore full function.

Thank you for trusting me with your recovery journey.
I’m so proud to be part of this comeback 🩷✨

I started Faith and Function to give parents practical, sensory-friendly support—from someone who’s been there as both an OT and a mom.

Today, seeing my logo on my car reminds me this little dream is really growing.

It’s more than just a wrap—it’s a symbol that small steps (and big feelings!) lead to something meaningful.

When I pull up to visits, parks, or events and someone asks, “What’s Faith and Function?”
That’s the spark that starts the conversation—about how I can help support their child, their family, and their journey. ✨🌈

And I’m constantly reminded that with a little faith and a lot of heart, big things can grow from small beginnings. 💛

In March, I welcomed 5 new families and continued working with many others — including one very special family whose two children are thriving with OT!

Their parents shared a beautiful testimony — in English and Spanish — to uplift others on a similar path. 💛

Estoy muy agradecida por cada familia que forma parte de Faith & Function. ¡No puedo esperar a ver lo que abril traerá! 🌼

💛 You don’t have to be everything for everyone.
To every parent, healer, helper, and heart who pours into others—you are not alone.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
– 2 Corinthians 12:9

In your weakness, He shows up strong.
In your exhaustion, He brings peace.
Let that truth carry you into the week. His grace is enough—and so are you.

🚀 286 days in space… but the hardest part? Coming back to Earth! 🌍✨

After nearly a year in microgravity, astronauts struggle to walk, stand, and balance as their vestibular system readjusts to gravity. Their recovery is intensive—similar to what we see in kids with sensory challenges, concussion patients, or those with vestibular disorders.

🔍 What happens to their bodies? How do they recover? And what can we learn from it?
I break it all down in my latest blog post!
