This little write up was posted in Thrive magazine. I will be at the Thrive recreation center EVERY 2nd & 4tb Wednesday in Lewisville, and EVERY 2nd & 4th Tuesday at the Denton Senior Center.

Chair massages for events are only a $1 a min.
