We're excited to announce that Kelly Plater is our Employee of the Month! 🎉
Kelly recently celebrated her 5-year anniversary with Easterseals MORC and is currently a Team Support Specialist.

Below is her nomination:

"I am pleased to nominate Kelly for Employee of the Month. As our Team Support Specialist, Kelly provides exceptional support across multiple programs and therapists in Walled Lake, Auburn Hills, and Southfield, and her impact is felt organization wide. She is consistently positive, helpful, and highly organized, and she truly goes above and beyond for both her colleagues and the people we serve.

Kelly is a trusted point of contact for our clients, who regularly confide in her to help schedule appointments and appreciate her willingness to lend a listening ear. Her compassion and professionalism create a welcoming experience that strengthens client engagement and trust.

Administratively, Kelly has had a strong and measurable impact on our work environment. She proactively outreaches to clients, closes out individuals who are no longer engaged, and helps keep caseloads manageable. Because of her dedication and efficiency, our therapy teams are able to focus more fully on treatment rather than administrative burden. Kelly’s support allows our clinicians to do their best work, and she plays a critical role in the overall success of our programs.

Kelly is truly fantastic, and her contributions make a meaningful difference every day. Thank you, Kelly!" -- Melanie Kase, Clinical Supervisor

Congratulations, Kelly and thank you for being an integral part of Easterseals MORC! 🧡💙
