Tonight marked our final workout in this space. As we wrap up here and prepare to move into our new location, I can’t help but feel a wave of emotion. The Hero Journey has seen so many incredible moments—the tears, the sweat, the powerful journeys of healing, expression, and connection that have unfolded here. I’m just overwhelmed with gratitude and joy. It’s a beautiful thing to carry the culture we’ve built here into a brand new home starting next week!

Our official re-grand opening will be Saturday, September 27th- stay tuned for the details.

The science and power of the heart is fundamental to The Hero Journey and our innate ability to self regulate our emotional state. The more I learn, the more I can share and serve my community, and there isn’t a better organization than the , to grow my knowledge base in this field.
