This little man decided to surprise his parents and make his grand debut on Mother’s Day! He figured they wouldn’t mind waiting an extra week 😅😅

did an amazing job at keeping her body moving all the way up until the day before he was born! It was amazing watching her progress week to week, and even more fun watching her get into her fav positions like happy baby 🫠

For real though, congrats Molly on becoming a momma to this lil nugget! Can’t wait for him to join our Girl Gang group!

I LOVE food

I get this comment a lot when I’m out to eat, at parties, family dinners, etc…

“Oh- you’re a trainer, you must eat soooooo healthy”

“Oh sorry, we don’t have any healthy options, you’re not going to like what we have”

“Wait, you actually like candy?”

I’m sure you only imagine just how much I love getting those comments 😤

I’m 30 years old. If there’s a fad diet, I’ve tried it. I’ve gotten so much wanted and unwanted advice over the years. Which I’m sure many of you have also experienced!

Whatever happened to eating food we LOVE to eat, just for the enjoyment of it?

These meals, I can honestly say I LOVE eating. Every time.

Yes- I do focus on my protein intake (ya girl lifts heavy), I focus on fiber (ya girl loves a good 💩), and no matter the meal, there will always be a fruit or vegetable to accompany it. They may not go with the meal, but they’re there.

It is possible to enjoy what you’re eating and see results.

So I pose you this question- do you love what you eat? Find the foods you love, the ones that make you feel good, make your soul happy, and also happen to help you achieve your goals.

This amazing woman continues to be such an INSPIRATION!

She completed a 10k this weekend she’s been training for all year and CRUSHED it!

Finished 4th in her age group in just over 1 HOUR!

Sallie has shown the power of positivity and perseverance ✨

We proposed a question this week: “How do you measure success of a workout?”

The answers we got were amazing! Some funny, some serious, but ALL had validity and true to who they are as people.

“How clear my brain is!” - Maxey 🧠

“Sweat and happy tired” - Jess 😅

“I feel strong and stress free” - Kasha 💆🏻‍♀️

“Challenging myself with something new and doing my best” - Sallie 💪🏼

For me personally, how full my 💜 feels!

There is no one reason that we need to exercise. We all exercise for different reasons, and all of them are important! So I encourage you to ask yourself: how do YOU measure success of a workout?
