Join us for a sure to be good time! Details below 👇

When: Thursday, March 28th @ 5:30 PM
Where: located at 198 Sacramento St, Auburn, CA 95603
What to expect: I will be teaching some mobility exercises for runners (but also great for non-runners and can benefit everyone) which will be followed by a Trail Demo Run with . Saucony will bring a couple of current model shoes for people to try for any who are interested.
What to bring: Just yourself! Be ready to join for a 3-6 mile road/trail group run if you’d like, or just come for some mobility exercises, to check out the store, and/or to try a pair of Saucony shoes.

We’re looking forward to a fun community event and hope to see you there!
