For nearly four years, Alexis has been a constant source of compassion, professionalism, and positivity at Auburn Village. She began her journey as a CNA and went on to earn her QMA license, always pushing herself to grow and better serve our residents.

Alexis is the kind of team member who goes above and beyond without being asked. Whether it’s stepping into another role, helping in urgent situations, or making sure every resident and family member feels cared for, she shows up with heart every single day. Her infectious smile, calm presence, and ability to adapt to any situation make a lasting impact on everyone around her.

Families and residents consistently praise Alexis for her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care. Beyond her daily work, she also serves as the CNA reviewer for our annual facility assessment, helping elevate the standard of care across our community.

Alexis truly represents the best of Auburn Village. We are so proud to recognize her and grateful for everything she does for our residents, families, and team. 💙

After a serious infection caused complications from surgery, he came to Auburn Village for rehab. With determination, therapy, and a whole lot of heart, he’s now back on his feet and living with family again.

What a fantastic turnout! Our community came together for candy, company, and fun. Families enjoyed trunk-or-treating with staff and going on scavenger hunts around the facility. Thanks to everyone who made it special!
