For the first time ever, Amanda had her own schedule of 3 patients today!

Amanda has studied and learned the skills to function as an audiology assistant for our 3 doctors. You may find yourself on her schedule for a troubleshooting appointment or a routine check! The glory of us all being under 1 roof is that our doctors are just feet away if she needs a second opinion!

We are committed to timely appointments and this is one way to help manage our schedule. I am beyond thankful for our team’s willingness to shift, adapt, and try new things to best serve all of you!

(Sorry about your eye, Amanda. I don’t know how to fix it- ha ha ha! Just push play people!)

Today at the senior fair, Amanda and I were asked multiple times, “What makes you different?”

That answer coming from me is VERY biased… slightly less biased coming from Amanda ha ha…

However, we truly believe we are different.

I have a favor to ask…

If you have parents, grandparents, friends, church members, book club friends, neighbors, etc. who are of age to start thinking about hearing aids please take a minute to tell them about Audiology Always.

The reason I’m asking for this favor:

1. We hear it all the time, “I didn’t even tell my kids that I’m doing this.” Which we love that they can put their trust in us but it scares me if they’d go somewhere they may not get the same care.

2. We also often hear, “Thank goodness ______ told me about you! I’ve been thinking about hearing aids for years but never knew who to trust so kept putting it off.”

If anyone knows me, and the team I’ve gathered, EVERYONE will get treated with the same care that I give my dad, my grandpa, my aunts and uncles, and so many family friends (and those of you who I now consider forever friends)!

So, if the TV volume is creeping up, conversations seem strained, or hearing is being discussed around the dinner table- please do me a favor and mention Audiology Always!
