Nursing shifts don't just drain time— they load your legs, your focus, your entire system until even standing still feels heavy.

That's why recovery has to be intentional. Not just sleep, but real downshifting. Letting your body move out of work mode and back into you mode because you can't pour into another week if you never fully recover from the last one.
