I love my little office ❤️It is a representation of everything I am and love. I have been in the field for over 25 years and my current approach is comfort! If I can be myself and be comfortable, I believe this allows you to feel that energy as well and breath and relax and be yourself! I tried to create a relaxing, but fun atmosphere 🙂 with Brene Brown quotes, rainbows on the ceiling tiles, gnomes strategicaly placed, a coffee/tea bar and a comfy couch and foot stools to kick your feet up and relax! My hope is that you can show up and take that really deep breath you have needed!

You are NOT “Too Much!” We are all learning how to love ourselves NO MATTER WHAT in order to heal and grow. This means self-love is learning how to have unconditional love, but that can feel foreign when the messaging we grew up with or around was negative. Maybe you were never taught how or modeled healthy skills. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at its most basic level, which I practice daily and teach in therapy, is about “pushing back” against those negative self-talk messages that say “You are too much.”

Happy 33rd Anniversary to my husband, “silent business partner,” lol “boyfriend,” bestie - whole entire package guy I ADORE him! So grateful for his unconditional love and support!

UPDATE: If anyone has been following my adventures this past year I am 100% on my own now, no other jobs to be distracted by, "squirrel," lol, that also means no safety net, other than my sweet husband, who has always been my rock! I have also left Sondermind and Grow Therapy's online platforms, in order to simplify my life. I am a solo practice, a one-man show, and it can get really crazy when you're super busy seeing clients and trying to return calls and emails. I am my own secretary and some days, I really want to FIRE myself, lol. I am only working with Headway now and have really enjoyed the collaboration so far! They provide the billing for insurance and self-scheduling online and I just show up and do what I love which is the therapy piece. I haven't been on here as often as I would like, so I thought I would pop in to say hello and give a quick update! I am happy and growing, so all is well! I hope to see you at the "Open House and Client Appreciation" on January 31st!
