Flight was delayed last night going from Seattle to Detroit due to an IT breach. Delayed by three hours. Ok that's a bummer but we will adapt. The plane finally leaves at 12:15 am Pacific time, then at 5:30 am this morning a man passed away on our plane. The flight was diverted into Minneapolis Minnesota to try to restart him, which was unsuccessful. I feel bad for the family, that must have been a terrible experience.

They had us deplane. Gave us 12 dollar vouchers and told us it would be 30 minutes. But after 90 minutes, they told us our flight crew was out of flight time.

We are stuck in Minneapolis from 700 am till a 500 pm flight. We found a quiet room with some mats, and here we sit listening to the loudest, worst xylophone music in the world.

Then they sent our luggage off to baggage claim. But that means we have to leave the airport to get our luggage, and then check back in and go through TSA etc and reboard the 5 pm flight.

Needless to say I needed to cancel appointments this afternoon. I apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to being home soon.
