Outdoor Fitness with a Heart and Soul
Our mission is simple: provide a beautiful natural setting where folks just like you can move, laugh, meet new friends, and be their authentic selves. Our workouts are fun, creative, and customizable for ALL FITNESS LEVELS but what makes WolfPack truly special is the fact that you are valued for the depth of your soul and the quality of your character; not by any number on a scale or a pair of jeans.
We offer both “drop-in” classes and “small group/semi-private sessions. Our drop-in classes are just $5/person and require no pre-sign up. They include a weekly Men’s Night (Mondays at 6 pm), Ladies’ Night (Thursdays at 6 pm), and Primal Fitness (Sundays at 9 am). Our small group sessions are just $10/person and do require an appointment. We have regular small group sessions available Monday through Saturday - both morning and evening!
All classes are fully customizable to the needs of the individuals within the group. That means we help find the best exercises to suit your body, goals, and wants/needs. Most of our clients start with very little strength training experience so we take special care to start you with safe & effective exercises and slowly build you up to more challenging variations. Our main goal is to select exercises that help you live a stronger, better, more independent life!
WolfPack is NOT a bootcamp. We’re not here to yell at you or make you do extreme exercises that could cause injury. Instead, we’re here to uplift and support you while guiding you through exercises that enhance your life. Many of our valued clients describe attending WolfPack like “getting off the bus after school to go play with your friends.” They actually look forward to their workouts instead of dreading the gym. We’d be honored if you’d step outside of your comfort zone and take that first step down the driveway to “The Den.” Your only regret will be not trying us sooner! Ahhhwooooo!!!
