We truly value every patient who trusts us with their care, and we appreciate everyone who takes the time to share feedback about their experience.
We understand that waiting on the phone or in the office can sometimes be frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. Our team is actively working to improve phone response times and scheduling so we can serve you more efficiently.
If you are having difficulty reaching us by phone, there are a few other ways to connect with our office. Patients can send non-urgent questions or requests through our patient portal, which is often the fastest way to receive a response from our team. You can also leave a voicemail with your name, date of birth, and the reason for your call, and one of our staff members will return your call as soon as possible.
We also understand that insurance copays and deductible balances can sometimes be confusing. These amounts are determined by your individual insurance plan, and we are required to collect them according to insurance guidelines. If you ever have questions about your coverage or billing, our staff is always happy to help explain.
Our goal is always to provide attentive, compassionate care to every patient.Thank you for your patience, your feedback, and for allowing us to be part of your healthcare.
