New Beginnings Home Care, Inc. is actively hiring for the role of Quality Assurance Compliance Officer / Agency Investigator, and the right candidate will be someone who’s not just detail-oriented, but passionate about upholding standards and improving care across the board.

🧠 What This Role Is All About:
Conducting audits across departments (personnel, medical records, payroll, etc.)

Ensuring compliance with DOH, OSHA, OMIG, and other regulatory bodies

Leading investigations and submitting reports to outside entities

Updating and implementing agency policies

Participating in quality assurance meetings and trainings

Supporting continuous improvement in employee and client care
