🎉 Meet Billie Jo “JoJo” Blackman: The Scheduling Superstar With a Heart of Gold 🎉

Billie Jo Blackman — or as most of us lovingly call her, JoJo — just celebrated her one year anniversary with our agency as Scheduling Coordinator and On Call Supervisor. In that short time, she’s become an absolute essential part of our team.
JoJo is the one making sure schedules stay tight, clients stay staffed, and our HCSS team feels supported no matter what life throws their way. Need a day off?

Can’t make a shift? Need a schedule change? JoJo is the calm, friendly voice on the other end who makes everything feel manageable. She never knows what kind of chaos the day might bring, but she handles every curveball like a total champ. Clients love her. Staff love her. Honestly, everyone loves talking to JoJo.

Outside of work, she switches into full force family mode. She comes from a close knit crew, and when she’s home, she’s happiest spending time with her boyfriend and her dogs — who basically run the household and her heart. She loves shopping, making memories with her loved ones, and she has one of the biggest, kindest hearts you’ll ever meet. She’s always looking for ways to brighten someone else’s day, and she succeeds every time.

Outside of work, Tonya’s world revolves around her three children, who mean everything to her. 🎉 Meet Cali Currier: The Detail Driven Dynamo Balancing On Call Chaos & Investigations Like a Pro 🎉

Cali Currier joined our agency in 2025 as a part time Scheduling On Call Supervisor and Agency Investigator — and she’s been a powerhouse ever since. When Cali is on call, she’s the one handling call offs, finding coverage, keeping clients fully staffed, consulting with nursing when concerns arise, and making sure our field staff feel supported no matter what hour it is. She brings calm, clarity, and confidence to every situation.

Switch her into Agency Investigator mode, and she puts on another one of her many hats. Cali interviews, gathers information, and pieces together the full picture to reach an impartial, fair conclusion. Her attention to detail is unmatched, making her a perfect fit for both roles.

Outside of work, Cali is just as impressive. She’s currently taking college courses, spending time making memories with her friends, and staying close to her family — who mean the world to her. And then there’s Macy, her beloved dog, who absolutely adores her. Cali also loves to travel (and does it often), always ready for her next adventure. She’s a perfectionist in the best way — thoughtful, thorough, and always striving to do things right.

🎉 Meet Jimmy Vasile: The Fix It, Fire Up the Grill, Heart of Gold Hero of Our Agency 🎉

Since 2020, Jimmy Vasile has been one of the biggest reasons our agency runs as smoothly as it does. He’s the one making sure the building is safe, welcoming, and ready for business every single day. Before most people even pull into the parking lot, Jimmy has already cleared the walkways, checked the grounds, and made sure everything looks sharp — inside and out.

If something needs to be fixed, Jimmy’s on it. If someone needs help, Jimmy’s on it. If anything needs attention, Jimmy is already halfway there. And as if that weren’t enough, he’s also the guy behind the grill in the summer, cooking for the administrative staff and bringing everyone together with good food and good vibes. If there’s a problem, Jimmy is the one who will solve it — quickly, calmly, and with that signature “don’t worry, I’ve got it” attitude.

Outside of work, Jimmy stays just as busy. He manages other properties, spends time with his family, hunts for deer and frequently visits his children who are away at school. Through it all, he remains one of the kindest, most dependable people you’ll ever meet.

Jimmy truly has a heart of gold, and our agency is better every day because of him.

🎉 Meet Helga Pisano: The Friendly Face & Multi Tasking Marvel of Our Front Desk 🎉

When you walk through our doors, the very first smile you see belongs to Helga Pisano — and honestly, we couldn’t ask for a better welcome. Helga has been with our agency since 2022, and she’s been keeping the front desk running like a well oiled machine ever since.

But don’t let the title “Receptionist” fool you. Helga wears more hats than a costume shop. When she’s not fingerprinting, she’s jumping in to help every department — doing reference checks, following up on applications, auditing, monitoring fax lines, and basically saving the day in a dozen different ways. We truly couldn’t do what we do without her.

And then there’s Helga outside the office — just as impressive. She works in a Vision Center helping people get the glasses and eye care they need, proving her heart for service goes way beyond our walls. She loves to travel, especially back to Germany to visit her family, and she’s a total star in the kitchen. If you’ve ever enjoyed a surprise baked good or been fed lunch at work… yep, that was Helga spoiling us again.

When she’s not cooking up something delicious, she’s working out, spending time with family, or planning her next adventure. Helga brings warmth, energy, and generosity into everything she does — and our agency is brighter because of her.

For 13 years, Kelli has been holding down the fort at our agency like an absolute legend. As our Executive Director, she keeps the Quality Assurance Department running tighter than a color-coded spreadsheet. Policies? Nailed. Compliance? Handled. Daily operations? Smooth as butter. If it needs to get done, Kelli’s already on it.

But once she’s off the clock, this powerhouse swaps spreadsheets for sunshine. She loves spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and living that healthy and happy lifestyle. Whether she’s out for a walk, trying a new recipe, or just enjoying good company, Kelli brings the same energy and positivity she brings to work.

Basically, she’s the perfect mix of “gets things done” and “lives life well,” and we’re lucky to have her. 🥰
