The number of people living with Alzheimer's increases every year and is projected to more than double in the next 30 or so years. This makes it all the more important to raise awareness and do all we can to support those who have been affected.

It can be easy for the elderly people in your life to feel disconnected and lonely. This feeling can lead to a decline in mood and overall health. There are simple things you can do to make sure the seniors in your life feel loved and connected.
-Call them multiple times a week and have a conversation with them.
-Send photos and videos regularly. If they don’t text or have social media consider purchasing a digital frame that allows you to send photos and videos.
-Send flowers, cards or small gifts regularly to let them know you are thinking of them.
-If you live close by, make frequent visits and take them on outings.
-If you aren’t close, show them you care by making trips to see them whenever possible.
-Bring meals or help keep their refrigerator stocked with healthy easy options.
-Offer to drive them to appointments or errands.

We, John and Jessica Boroff, have been Registered Nurses for over 20 years. We wanted to serve the elderly and disabled (including pediatrics) within the community, where help is needed most. We operate "hands on", having all clients, families, and caregivers phone numbers in our cell phones. We make ourselves available by phone 24/7. Our services allow families to gain peace of mind, knowing their loved one is being taken care of when they cannot. We understand it's stressful and often difficult to manage care for a sick or weakened family member, so we are your extra eyes, ears, and hands.
