Meet Judith

Master of the Details

Judith has been practicing massage since 2001, after graduating from the Phillips School of Massage in Nevada City. From the very beginning, she knew that her path would be rooted in healing through touch. As a kid, she was always massaging family, connecting with nature, and learning through her hands. Originally drawn to nursing, she quickly realized that massage therapy offered the hands-on, results-driven work she was truly meant for.

Judith thrives when she’s doing detailed work. Neuromuscular trigger point therapy, deep tissue, pin and stretch, active release, and precision work that follows muscle attachments to the root of the problem (not just the symptom). She’s especially skilled at working with rotator cuff injuries, TMJ, vertigo, tennis elbow, and hip pain.

She’s a forever student, often in a book researching when she’s not doing hands on work. Her dream? To open a massage school and pass on her knowledge and passion for the body to the next generation of therapists.

Outside the treatment room, Judith’s creative side shines. She loves painting, sewing, crafting, digging into yard projects, camping, and dressing up for Renaissance fairs.
