Hello there! As 2026 gets underway, we hope you all are starting off the year on a good note. Thank you to the folks that came out for the first sound bath session of 2026 and kicked off a Super Wolf Moon on Jan 3rd!

We wanted to keep you in the loop about our upcoming sessions and events over the next couple of months.
Our next event will be on Friday Feb 6th at 6pm, followed by the (first ever) sound bath experience at the White River Museum on Thursday Feb. 19, and then Friday March 20th back here at the Wellness Station.

Have you ever heard of a sound bath? Sound baths (also known as sound healing or sound meditations) have been used as a healing modality for thousands of years. At the most basic level, think of the effect music has on you when you hear your favorite song. Music and sound have the ability to impact mood and impact your body even at a cellular level! Researchers have found that vibrations and the electromagnetic energy associated with them cause changes in your cells, which can then affect how your body functions. Different molecules vibrate at different rates — and those rates can speed up or slow down if conditions around the molecules change. Resting membrane potential of a cell is -70mV and any changes within any given cell are modulated by electrical changes and electricity is vibration! It's all connected to vibration. Sound and vibration also synchronize brainwaves to achieve extraordinary states of relaxation that help restore natural vibratory frequencies of the cells in our body, and every thing in our body is made of cells.
