🌟 Employee of the Month – Jennifer Hochmuth, COTA 🌟

Please join us in congratulating Jennifer Hochmuth from our Therapy Department as Auburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center’s Employee of the Month for February!

Jennifer consistently demonstrates the dedication, compassion, and teamwork that make a difference in the lives of our residents every day. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, she works closely with residents to help them regain independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way make her an invaluable part of our team. Jennifer is always willing to step in to help wherever needed and is a great example of the professionalism we strive for at Auburn.

⭐️A Message from Our Administrator⭐️

At Auburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, our focus every single day is simple — providing compassionate, safe, and respectful care to the residents who call our facility home.

Long-term care is one of the most complex areas of healthcare, and our team works tirelessly to meet the needs of residents with increasingly complex medical conditions. The dedication of our nurses, aides, therapists, and support staff is something I see firsthand every day.

Over the past year, our team has worked hard to strengthen our clinical programs, improve our operations, and create an environment where residents and families feel supported and heard. These improvements are the result of the commitment and professionalism of the staff who show up every day for our residents.

We know there is always room to grow, and we remain committed to continuously improving the care we provide and maintaining open communication with residents, families, and our community.

I want to personally thank our staff for the incredible work they do and for the compassion they show to our residents every day.
