- Pick up a Remembrance Bag at the Chamber or the Maine Resiliency Center
- Share your memory with hashtags and

Simple healthy calorie cut ideas

Small swaps add up big over time — try a few of these each day:

1️⃣ Skip sugary drinks — go for water or unsweetened tea
2️⃣ Use smaller plates (your eyes won’t notice, but your waistline will)
