Looking at this photo today, had me thinking about time and how we spend it. Time is so valuable. And yet often we forget to take time for ourselves. Putting yourself on the back burner leads to symptoms of stress, anxiety, and burnout. Therapy can help with this but often we tell ourselves “it’s not the right time” or “I’m just too busy this time of year I’ll do it later”. We all make time for what’s important to us. So make time to help yourself and sign up for therapy with me! .
