Today, we join families around the world in observing International Candle Lighting Day—a day to pause, remember, and honor the lives of children who passed too soon. 🕯️
At the same moment across time zones, candles are lit to create a wave of light that spans the globe, reminding grieving hearts that they are not alone.
We created this video as a gentle space to remember, reflect, and hold the love that never leaves. Our hope is that, in watching, you find a small measure of peace, comfort, and connection as we honor these precious lives together. 💛

“Client is a well-educated woman preparing to return to work after being on maternity leave. Her husband was laid off from work and she was significantly stressed about become the sole provider for their family. She reported irritability, poor sleep and overeating, but her primary complaint was completely overwhelming anxiety that was interfering with her ability to bond with her baby. Through treatment, she learned to cope with her anxiety by embracing her imperfections, mourning loss of her former self and focusing on the present moment. Her anxiety rating dropped from a 13 to a 4 and her depression from a 15 to a 5. She reports better sleep, bonding and overall satisfaction with life. She successfully returned to work and looks forward to reducing her hours when her husband gains employment.”
