Congratulations to our January Caregiver of the Month, Frankie Bethmann!

Frankie has been a dedicated caregiver for about seven months and has already had a strong impact on the clients he serves. He finds the greatest joy in helping clients regain their independence by assisting and supporting them in their daily activities, allowing them to stay active, confident, and comfortable in their own homes.

Since his hire, Frankie has not called out once and his dependability has been exceptional. He is consistently willing to step in and help with open shifts, showing a level of commitment that reflects how much he truly cares. His strong communication skills and positive attitude leave a lasting impression, and client feedback consistently highlights his compassion, dedication, and quality of care.

Frankie is passionate about continuing to grow in the medical field and helping others whenever he can. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, taking walks, and spending time outdoors.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication Frankie brings and the steady, compassionate presence he adds to our team at Access to Home Care Services.

Brittney has been a caregiver for nearly 20 years, beginning her journey at just 17 years old. A true people person, she pursued caregiving after realizing her natural ability to connect with and care for others, earning her CNA and building a career rooted in dedication and compassion. Brittney is known for her reliability, strong therapeutic communication, and leadership, always stepping up to support both her clients and fellow staff. She remains steadfastly loyal to her clients, even as their needs change or become more challenging, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure they are comfortable, safe, and able to remain in their homes. Brittney values dedication above all else and approaches caregiving with perseverance, loyalty, and a bubbly, positive attitude. Outside of work, she prioritizes her well-being by staying active, spending time with her family, and being a devoted mom. Her deep commitment to her clients and genuine care for their happiness make her incredibly deserving of this recognition. Cheri is someone both the agency and her clients can always count on. With 25 years of caregiving experience, her reliability and strong work ethic consistently make a meaningful difference. She brings a calm, therapeutic presence to her work, creating a supportive and reassuring environment where clients feel safe, secure, and truly cared for. Her compassion and attentiveness shine through in every visit, and her clients benefit greatly from the time and care she gives them.

In addition to the exceptional care she provides, Cheri is always pleasant and professional in her interactions with office staff. Her positive attitude and respectful communication reflect the high standards we strive for at Access To Home Care Services. Cheri says what she enjoys most is making her clients happy and spending time with them so they feel needed and supported. Looking ahead, her goal is simply to continue doing the work she loves while staying healthy. Outside of work, she treasures spending time with her grandson, who keeps her smiling just as much as she keeps her clients smiling.
