Weekly we offer 25+ classes, and a schedule designed with YOU in mind of 3 main class types – Flow, Balance, and Restore. We have infrared heating panels, which offer remarkable health benefits, and they are set up in 3 zones – with the last zone having no added heat. Our team of teachers are dedicated to guide you through class no matter what level of experience you have – we have people come in with zero experience of yoga postures and also those with years of experience on their mat. We believe in the way a yoga practice can balance, strengthen, center and relax the body, as well as the mind.

Monday – Restore | 6:30pm
Wednesday – Yin | 5:00pm
Thursday – Restore | 5:00pm
Friday – Balance | 9:30am
Saturday – Flow | 9:30am
(Please note: Saturday’s class is now part of the regular class schedule and no longer donation-based.)

Each class is rooted in intention, breath, and mindful movement. I’d love to see you there.

✨Something amazing is happening✨—

starting May 1st, Zuda Yoga is officially taking over Yoga Reclaimed! 🥳🎊🎉

New teachers.
New classes.
Same beautiful space.

And YES— The Bailey’s are still here and part of the magic! Jamie will still be teaching😎 and Ryan when he is available.

This is such an exciting new chapter for our Auburn yoga community.

Zuda is bringing fresh energy, fresh faces, and a whole new season of growth—and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome them into this space we all love so much.

4️⃣ Setting an intention for each day grounded in faith

🤔 Reflection Question: “Do I allow myself to rest in God’s strength, or do I strive on my own?”

📖 Scripture to Meditate On: “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

📖 Scripture to Meditate On: “For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.” (Ephesians 5:8)

This week, we’re inviting you to lean into surrender and trust.

🕊️Easier said than done, we know! 🙂Just remember… this isn’t about perfection but about creating space to let go & trust.

Focus this week on:
1️⃣ Committing to 5 minutes of quiet daily

2️⃣ Practicing gratitude through movement

3️⃣ Meditating on a Scripture as part of breathwork

4️⃣ Setting an intention for each day grounded in faith

🤔 Reflection Question: “What am I holding onto that I need to release into God’s hands?”

📖 Scripture to Meditate On: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Take time to sit with this question and scripture and see what comes up or how you feel!

Allow yourself to explore:
✨ What fears or worries am I holding onto instead of surrendering to God?
✨ Where in my life am I being invited to trust more deeply?
✨ How can I practice releasing control and resting in God’s faithfulness?

This is not about religious obligation but about creating space in our daily lives to be still, listen, and move in faith.
