I understand that in these uncertain and frightening times people are wondering what they can do to stay healthy. First, follow all CDC regulations about hand washing and social distancing. Stay home but please get outside and move around. Go for a walk. Do yard work! In herbalism we treat virus symptoms with various herbs. Astragalus is a great preventative herb for viruses.
