✨ Hard to believe it’s been five years in this space—time flies when you’re doing the work you love!

I’m excited to share that while it’s the same therapy, same therapist, and same welcoming location, I’m stepping into a fresh chapter with a new name: Stable Minds, LLC.

This rebrand reflects both my lifelong passion for helping others find resilience and balance—and the culmination of my recent doctorate degree. 💚
