Thank you for speaking up to protect Medicaid funding for therapy services. WOTA put the call out, and you answered loudly and often! We worked with AOTA and the PT and Speech associations, and WE WON! Medicaid funding for OT, PT, and Speech services was preserved with NO CUTS in the final Washington state budget released last Wednesday.

By the numbers: 28 witnesses testify opposed to cuts, sent 1874 emails to lawmakers, and secured 163 organizations on our letter opposing cuts. Thank you for the biggest show of force WOTA has had in decades!
