Tiffany offers massage for relaxation or more targeted, deep tissue massage for those clients that have a specific need. She is currently working on her Orthopedic Massage Therapy Certification. She also offers different forms of energy work including reiki, polarity, crystals as well as angel card readings. Tiffany is a Reiki Master Teacher and offers all levels of Reiki classes on a consistent basis.
• During a Reiki or energy work session you will be asked to lie fully clothed on a massage table. You will also be asked to remove your shoes to be more comfortable.
• I will then have music playing in the background to help you leave your concerns outside.
• Since I am concentrating on your energy system I do not talk during a Reiki session unless you initiate it.
• During a session I will start at the top of your body. I will either be placing my hands above or very lightly on your body. Throughout the session I may feel an area that needs more attention, so I may stay longer in some places than others.
• Many people dose off into a light sleep during the session.
• Some people feel different sensations such as heat, cold, tingly movements, waves, heaviness or lightness. Some people see colors or images.
• You may also have involuntary jerking motions or “tummy gurgles” as your body relaxes and is receiving the energy.
• A Reiki session varies so much because it is personalized just for you. It is a positive energy source that is always working to heal you for your highest good. A commonly asked question is, “How often should I receive Reiki?”

Like most practices that encourage better health, it is best to incorporate Reiki as a part of your health routine. If you feel you want to try and incorporate Reiki into your routine, I will discuss with you how often would be best for you to receive Reiki based on what I felt and your goals. I encourage people to receive 4 sessions one week apart at first to open up and begin balancing their energy system. Afterwards we discuss if you’d like your sessions more spread out. Men and women who receive Reiki 2-4 times a month have reported the most healing benefits. It ultimately depends on you and what you decide is best for you! Some Benefits Reiki Provides

When you have coworkers but don’t really get to see them much (except in passing or at trainings!) it’s nice to get together! We had a fun WBH get together yesterday with some pottery wheel throwing 🏺at Brush It Off in Sturbridge followed by some sushi 🍣 and hot pot 🍲 at Ishi Shabu. Great time with everyone! Just missing Brenda ☺️
