Most of my clients come in complaining of neck and shoulder tension. My regular suggestion is that they incorporate yoga into their routine. The link below is for one of my favorite 10-minute routines specifically for neck and shoulders by Sara Beth Yoga on YouTube. It's great for all levels! Just be careful to stay within your tolerance levels and check with a doctor if you experience pain with any of the positions. May 2025 see us all with decreased neck tension and greater mobility!
