The Faatz-Crofut Home for the Elderly

"The Home" is an Adult Care Facility licensed through the New York State Department of Health and serves an adult population ages 60 and up.

It is for the person that needs minimal assistance with their Activities of Daily Living. An Adult Care Facility that provides minimal assistance with the Activities of Daily Living to those age 60 and above.

We would like to send a HUGE thank you to all of the wonderful people who helped make the Fall Fest Fundraiser a success!

We were able to raise over $2,000 for the Resident Council! 👏🏻👏🏻

Our Fall Fest was a great success on Saturday! We had family member’s, the gracious community , residents and employees of The Home! It was also wonderful to see family who had loved ones here in the past. It was so nice to see you all! Wonderful to see all the little kids as well, residents just loved that! ❤️💕I Thank all of you for supporting this event!

Our beautiful Fall mums at The Home! Don’t forget our Fall Fest this Saturday, September 27th from 9-2pm. Featuring, raffle baskets, homemade bake goods, silver street kettle korn,(maple, green apple and original), Hoffman Hots and a drink and of course get an ice cream or Italian ice from Muzzi’s! Hotdogs and Muzzi’s will begin at 10:30 and go to 1:30pm. See you there, help support our Resident Council, this is all for our residents! 💕❤️
