Nemaha County Hospital (NCH) first opened its doors on Sunday, April 28, 1963, welcoming area residents and dignitaries not only into a new building filled with state-of-the-art technology, but into a new era of healthcare. Our Mission is to continuously advance healthcare in Nemaha County. We are pleased that our staff and area physicians support this goal on a daily basis.

We believe wellness should be personal and fun! That’s why we created Vitality, an interactive wellness program for Nemaha County Hospital employees.

Through personalized plans based on health, lifestyle, and risk factors, Vitality supports our team's journey to physical and mental well-being. From Walk Out Wednesdays to yoga sessions, monthly book club, and employer-sponsored challenges, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Happy Halloween! Before you head out for tricks and treats, keep these safety tips in mind to ensure a fun and safe night for everyone:

🎃 Check your treats: Wait until you’re home to inspect all candy for any signs of tampering.
🎃 Stay on the path: Use sidewalks and crosswalks, and always look both ways before crossing.
