Lots of reconnecting with the East Coast Telford’s this weekend, having a loving and caring family really is the greatest blessing anyone could ask for.

Ethan gave a killer speech, the dance party was on point, the cake was 💣 and overall I think everyone had a great time. big thanks to Gunner for letting me stay at the house 😉 🐕

I wrote this article a while ago, but its really good! Check it out if you get a chance, there is some very interesting science in here:

1. The nervous system is completely dependent on your breathing to function

2. The function of the nasal cavity is to warm, moisturize, and filter air entering the body before it reaches the lungs

3. Nose breathing is beneficial primarily because it allows your nasal cavities to:[2]

humidify and warm inhaled air.
increase air flow to arteries, veins, and nerves.
increase oxygen uptake and circulation.
slow down heart rate.[3]

It all began on a bright and warm Saturday morning, 10 years ago @ East Wind Yoga on Riverside Avenue in Roseville. My journey through yoga to India to study with the Jois’ at the KPJAYI, into the Far East, to Paris for a year, and to experiences that I carry with me and use to teach yoga and body intelligence to student of the art called yoga.

Join me for the next Ashtanga Primary Series at 1pm Saturday, 9/1 @ East Wind in Roseville. I’ll see you on the MAT @ East Wind Yoga

7 Classes per week to get your zen sweat on. Roseville: Tues 7pm - Flow Wednesday 9am, 12pm Sunday 5pm Auburn: Thursday 7pm Friday 9am & 5pm
