Congratulations to Diana Colon, who was selected as our November Whatever It Takes Champion! 🎉 Diana's warm smile and eagerness to always help her fellow associates and residents is unmeasurable. 😀

Diana plays a key role in our 365Z Commitment to FUN & KINDNESS Committee fundraising for our staff appreciation events. 💖 She can be spotted keeping our facility tidy, all the while being present with residents, making them feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you, Diana!

An on-site physician offers faster, more convenient patient and resident care. Our in-house rehabilitation team works carefully to ensure the needs and goals of each resident are met through inpatient therapy. As a team, our focus is on helping residents and patients maintain as much independence as possible.
