Good morning! 🎄

With the holiday approaching next week, here are a few reminders to make the end of the year go as smoothly as possible!

-Please check your medications and make sure to call in any refills BEFORE 5pm on Monday to ensure we can get it ordered if necessary. This is the time of year where we unexpectedly fill things for people that they haven’t taken in months, so even things that we usually have can sometimes be out of stock! Plan ahead, friends!

-We are open until 12 noon on Wednesday (Christmas Eve) and will not return until Monday.

-Anything that you need filled before the end of the year on your current insurance just needs to be called in before we close at 5:30pm on December 31st. It’s okay if it’s not picked up until the next week. It just needs to run through your insurance before January 1.

-The flu has arrived in Auburn. Doctor’s office slots may be hard to come by, and we do have some at home flu tests in stock if you need one.

CVS Caremark is experiencing a nationwide outage. Until resolved, we are not able to bill Aetna, Caremark, and some Anthem claims. Sorry for any inconvenience and we will update when claims are processing again?!

We are down to just one phone for the next few days. If you have trouble getting through, you can text the notification number that you get reminders from and we can see your message and reply!

We are aware of an FDA recall of Atorvastatin (generic Lipitor) manufactured by Ascend Laboratories.
We do not use this particular manufacturer, so our Atorvastatin is NOT affected by this recall.

We are currently unable to process or sell prescriptions due to an internet outage in the area! We will update when it is resolved!

Unfortunately I have not been able to find a passable route to the pharmacy. The pharmacy will be closed today. Sorry for any inconvenience. Emergent needs may call Yates Pharmacy and they will do their best to accommodate you!
