Katharine has been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 9, bringing both experience and heart to every class she leads. Her favorite class to teach? Vinyasa + Yin Fusion, the perfect blend of strength, flow, and deep release.

You can expect grounding, rhythmic energy in her classes, set to ambient electronic and New Age music that helps you move, breathe, and truly drop in.
