Meet your Yoga Room instructors! Robin began practicing yoga over 10 years ago, initially drawn to its physical benefits—but she quickly discovered the peace, joy, and community it brought as well. After retiring from teaching chemistry at Auburn High School, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2022 and found a new teaching home at The Yoga Room.

Robin’s classes blend breath and movement through intentional flows, often focused on areas like hip opening, twists, or core strength. You can expect a well-rounded class, a sense of connection, and maybe even a little 70s soft rock. Lately, she’s loved diving deeper into yin yoga and is excited to share its grounding, meditative benefits with her students.
