Elizabeth found yoga when she was looking for a way to connect her contemplative spiritual practices with embodiment. A friend/yoga teacher encouraged her to try a class. After practicing for several years, Elizabeth found a desire to dig deeper into 8 limbs of yogic tradition. She completed her 200-Hour teacher training with Yoga and Ayurveda Center’s Online School in 2020. She has also completed her 200-Hour Mediation
Teacher Training with YogaMu in 2022.

Elizabeth teaches both Vinyasa and Yin. Her classes invite you into awareness and presence in your body. She loves to incorporate creative transitions, integrated connections and play into her sequences. Throughout the year, she also integrates the Earth’s seasons and rhythms into her teaching.

We would like to introduce you to our OCTOBER CHALLENGE:⬇️

For the next 3 weeks we challenge you to complete your October Yoga Bingo to be entered for a chance to win 1 FREE MONTH of yoga! Here’s the rules:

Dates: The challenge runs October 1st – October 31st. Any class you attend within that timeframe counts toward your Bingo card. ONLY EXCEPTION: If you have attended any of the rooftop classes at the Laurel you can fill in the box from any class.

How to Play: Complete the challenge squares on your card by attending classes, engaging with the studio, or completing the listed activities.

Marking Your Card: Screen shot this card. After completing a square, check it off your Bingo card. Be honest we’re checking! Once you have completed your card send it to mg@theyogaroomau.com to be entered in the drawing.

Bingo: A Bingo is five squares in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal).

Prizes: Turn in your completed Bingo card to mg@theyogaroomau.com by November 1st at NOON to be entered into a prize drawing for 1 free month of yoga.

Sharing: Tag in any photos you share on Instagram or Facebook so we can see!

If you prefer a physical card, we will have a few in the studio you can pick up later this week!
