If tears find you on my table, let them come..

They are part of the story your body has been waiting to tell, it’s not uncommon for someone to have a release during bodywork. Often, I can sense when your body may need an emotional release, and I’ll gently shift my style to welcome it. Please don’t fight it. I’ll continue working, holding space for you with care and quiet understanding. Tears are not a sign of weakness; they are a sign of healing.
