WOMEN OF ECHELON SPOTLIGHT: DIANE PALMER 🔥

Meet Diane… the energy behind one of the most electric classes at Echelon Audubon 💃

From Gloucester City to our dance floor, Diane has been doing what most people quit on… for 15 YEARS. She refused to stop dancing after high school—and now she’s turning that passion into something way bigger than fitness.

For Diane, this isn’t just a workout…

It’s therapy.
It’s healing.
It’s an outlet.

After losing her father and sister, dance became her way to push forward—and now she brings that same strength and energy to every single class.

And if you’ve ever been in the room with her… you already know 👇
The vibe is different.

💥 Smiles
💥 Energy
💥 ZERO judgment
💥 Just people showing up ready to SHAKE IT

Her favorite part?
YOU. The community.
Seeing everyone show up, let loose, and have fun is what makes it all worth it.

👩‍👦 Her WHY: Her son Dawson
💬 Her advice: “DO IT. Don’t worry about anyone else—do it for YOU.”

And honestly… she nailed it.

Because strength isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up, even on the hard days.

💪 Women of Echelon Health & Fitness Spotlight: Diana Sandoval-Hernandez

At Echelon, we don’t just talk about community—we live it. And every once in a while, someone comes along who embodies exactly what this place is about. Diana Sandoval-Hernandez? Yeah… she’s one of those people.

🌟 Meet Diana
Diana Sandoval-Hernandez is a proud first-generation daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico—and that right there tells you everything about her mindset. Tough, resilient, and built for growth.
She’s part of our Sales Team, but don’t get it twisted—she’s not just here selling memberships. She’s living the lifestyle.
When she’s not in the gym, you’ll find her outdoors, locked into a thriller novel, or deep in a podcast. (Respect—always someone trying to level up mentally too.)

🏋️ Her Echelon Journey
Diana’s been part of the Echelon community since 2018, but officially joined the team in December 2025. So she’s not new to this—she’s true to this.
And here’s where it gets real…
Her fitness journey didn’t start from motivation. It started from adversity.
After a serious accident that left her with torn muscles and ligaments in her right leg, Diana spent over a year unable to walk or drive. Let that sink in for a second.
That experience changed everything.
Instead of feeling sorry for herself, she flipped the script:
👉 She made a decision to never take her body for granted again
👉 She used fitness as a tool to rebuild—physically and mentally
That’s not motivation. That’s discipline. That’s perspective.
🧠 Fitness = More Than Physical
For Diana, fitness isn’t just about looking better—it’s about feeling like herself again.
On the days when life feels heavy, she knows one thing:
Movement clears her mind.

That’s the part most people miss. The gym isn’t just about muscles—it’s therapy if you use it right.

💥 Small Wins, Big Confidence
One of Diana’s proudest moments?
Not a trophy. Not a stage. Not some crazy transformation pic.
It was being able to pick up a 40lb bag of cat litter at Sam’s Club… by herself.

Sounds simple? It’s not.
That’s what real strength looks like. Real life. Real independence.
And honestly—that’s the kind of win that actually matters.
🤝 The Power of Community
Ask Diana what makes Echelon different, and she’ll tell you straight:
👉 The people
👉 The energy
👉 The support

From staff to members, there’s always someone in your corner pushing you forward. And over time, those people stop being “gym people” and start becoming your circle.
That’s how retention really works—not contracts, not price… connection.

❤️ What Keeps Her Going
Behind every strong person, there’s usually someone in their corner.
For Diana, that’s her fiancé, Zack.
He pushes her, supports her, and helps her show up as her best self every day. And that matters more than people think.

📣 Advice for Women Starting Their Journey
Diana keeps it simple—and honestly, it’s advice most people need to hear:
👉 Be kind to yourself
👉 Results take time—but they will come
👉 Time is passing anyway… how you use it is up to you
No fluff. No shortcuts. Just truth.
🛍️ Why She Loves Echelon
Outside of the workouts and community, Diana loves what Echelon stands for—especially the MemberPERX program.
She’s all about supporting local businesses and trying new spots, and that’s exactly what MemberPERX is built for.
Fitness + Community + Local Support = That’s the model.
🔥 Final Thought
Diana’s story is a reminder of something we all need to hear:
You don’t need perfect conditions to start.
You just need a reason strong enough to keep going.
And once you find that?
Game over.
If you see Diana on the floor, say what’s up.
Better yet—ask her about her journey.
Because stories like that?
That’s what Echelon is built on.

The Women Of Echelon Health & Fitness: Jessica Jasper

If you want to understand the heart of Echelon Health & Fitness, look no further than Jessica Jasper.

Jess is the Thrive Manager at our Audubon location, but her journey didn’t start there. Like many of the strongest leaders, she began as a member—walking in, putting in the work, and building something over time.

From Member to Thrive Manager
Jess joined Echelon in 2018 as a member and quickly fell in love with the environment, the structure, and the community. By 2020, she stepped into a Thrive coaching role, and today she leads as Thrive Manager in Audubon.

That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through consistency, effort, and a willingness to keep improving.
A Lifelong Foundation in Fitness

With a background in sports throughout her school years, Jess developed a strong foundation early on. In college, she took things further by diving into strength training—building both physical and mental resilience.

But for Jess, fitness has always been about more than just the physical.

Fitness for Mental Strength
Jess is clear about why she trains:
It’s for her mental health.
No matter how she feels going into a workout, she knows she’ll come out feeling better—less stress, more clarity, and more control.
That’s the real ROI of fitness—and it’s why people who “get it” never stop.

Her Proudest Accomplishment
One of the most inspiring parts of Jess’s journey is her commitment during pregnancy.

She continued working out through her entire pregnancy—right up until the week her daughter was born. That consistency allowed her to return to exercise smoothly and confidently.
No shortcuts. No excuses. Just smart, consistent work.
The Power of Community

Jess credits much of her growth to the Echelon community.
From member… to coach… to manager—she’s been surrounded by people who believed in her and pushed her to become more.
That’s what separates Echelon from every “just a gym” down the street.

Always Learning, Always Growing
Jess is driven by a simple but powerful mindset: keep learning so she can impact more people.
That’s leadership. Not titles—growth.

Advice for Women Starting Their Journey

Jess keeps it simple:
It’s never too late to start.
No perfect time. No perfect plan. Just start—and build from there.

What Strength Means to Jess
To Jess, strength isn’t just physical.
It’s staying in control when life throws chaos your way. It’s mental. It’s emotional. It’s discipline.
That’s the kind of strength that actually changes lives.

Why She Loves Echelon
Her answer is straightforward:
The people.

Because when you have the right community, everything else becomes easier—consistency, accountability, results.

From member… to leader… to mom—she didn’t wait for the right time.
She built it.

Women of Echelon Spotlight – Casey Rosario 🌟

As part of our Women’s National History Month celebration, we’re proud to highlight the incredible women who help make the Echelon Health & Fitness community so special. Today we’re featuring Casey Rosario, a leader at our Audubon location who has spent over 30 years in the health and fitness industry helping people feel their best.

💬 Tell us a little about yourself.

“I’m a Jersey girl, born and raised here, and I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. I’m passionate about health and wellness and truly enjoy helping people feel their best. I’m also a proud mom of two amazing teenagers. In my free time, I love spending time with my loved ones, staying active, enjoying the outdoors, going to the beach, dancing, and traveling.”

💪 How long have you been part of the Echelon community?
3 years.

🏃‍♀️ What inspired you to start your fitness journey?
“I’ve been active since I was a kid — swimming, playing softball, cheerleading, and taking jazz dance. Growing up around family members who smoked and drank made me realize at a young age how important it is to live an active, healthy lifestyle to maintain a high quality of life. That experience inspired me to stay active, take care of my health, and ultimately help others on their own fitness journeys.”

🧠 How has fitness impacted your life?

“Fitness has been a way of life for me. Beyond the health benefits, it’s an incredible stress reliever. It helps manage anxiety, keeps my mood balanced and positive, and allows me to show up as my best self in every aspect of life.”

🔥 Who inspires you to keep improving?

“Myself and my loved ones inspire me to keep improving. I strive to be the best version of myself, not only for my own growth but also to set a positive example for the people I care about. Their support and encouragement motivate me to continue learning, growing, and pushing forward every day.”

👟 Advice for women starting their fitness journey?
“Just do it. Make the time and take it one day at a time. Stay consistent and keep building healthy habits. Self-care is important. You can’t take care of others if you’re not taking care of your own well-being.”

💥 What does strength mean to you?

“Strength means never giving up, rising every time you fall, learning from mistakes, overcoming obstacles, improving yourself, loving who you are, being kind to others, and keeping an open mind even when those around you do not.”

❤️ What do you love most about Echelon?

“What I love most about being part of Echelon Health & Fitness is our fitness community and the amazing people I get to work with every day.”

💬 Quinn’s Take:
“Casey brings over 30 years of experience to Echelon and is passionate about helping our members feel their best every day. Her leadership, energy, and dedication to our community make a huge impact at our Audubon location.”

Women of Echelon Health and Fitness Leah Pileggi

As part of our Women of Echelon series celebrating Women’s History Month, we’re proud to highlight one of the incredible women who helps make our community so special.

Originally from Philadelphia and raised in South Jersey, Leah has always had a passion for fitness and helping others. With a background in hospitality and healthcare, she has dedicated much of her life to supporting and serving people. In addition to being a fitness instructor, she is also a Reiki Master and Meditation Coach, helping others find balance in both their physical and mental well-being.

Leah has been part of the Echelon community for 9 years, and her positive impact can be felt by everyone around her.
Fitness has always been part of her life, but what inspires her most is the belief that we can all take an active role in our own healing and well-being. Throughout her journey, she has had incredible mentors who guided and supported her, and that inspired her to give the same encouragement back to others.

She shared that fitness has helped her tremendously physically, mentally, and emotionally. Over time, she has learned how to better understand her body, her energy, and what she needs to feel balanced. Fitness has also been a powerful outlet that has helped her navigate challenging days.

One accomplishment she is most proud of is supporting others in their own journeys. Seeing someone gain confidence and realize they are capable of more than they thought is the most rewarding part of what she does.

She also credits the Echelon community for being such a supportive environment. The trust, teamwork, and encouragement from leadership, fellow team members, and members create a space where everyone lifts each other up.

At almost 52 years old, her family continues to be a major source of motivation. She strives to be a positive role model for her children and younger family members, showing them that taking care of your body and staying active benefits you at every stage of life.
Her advice for women thinking about starting their fitness journey is simple and powerful:

Start with compassion and love for yourself.
Care for your body through movement, breath, and mindfulness. Start small, move in ways that feel good, and allow the process to grow naturally.

To Leah, strength means resilience—showing up even on the hard days, caring for yourself so you can support your loved ones, and continuing to grow through every stage of life.
What she loves most about Echelon?

The community. Seeing members feel welcomed, inspired, and supported every day is what makes being part of Echelon so special.

Jeff Quinn, COO & Managing Partner of Echelon Health & Fitness, shared:"Leah is laser-focused on our members and her instructors. She brings an incredible level of care, professionalism, and heart to everything she does. The energy and support she creates in her classes truly represent what the Echelon community is all about."

✨ Along with highlighting the Women of Echelon, we are also offering all local women age 23 and older a 1-year, 3-days-a-week Bronze membership with 4 Thrive sessions through 3/31.
Not valid for current or past members.

🌟 Women of Echelon Spotlight: Maddie Marquis 🌟
Celebrating Women’s History Month at Echelon Health & Fitness

This month we’re celebrating the incredible women who make up the Echelon community—women who show up, work hard, inspire others, and prove every day that strength is more than just physical.

Today we’re excited to spotlight one of our newest instructors, Maddie Marquis.

Maddie grew up in Marlton and now lives in Somerdale with her husband Mike, their daughter Althea, and their three very energetic dogs. Before becoming a Pilates instructor, Maddie worked as a PR and marketing manager, and today she balances teaching fitness, raising her daughter, and running her own online boutique 13 Fridays.

Her journey with Echelon started about seven years ago, when she began coming to the gym alongside her husband during his Thrive training sessions. What started as support quickly turned into something much bigger.

Through Thrive and the Echelon community, Maddie learned how to move properly, train with purpose, and build confidence through fitness.

During a difficult pregnancy, working out became one of the few things that helped her physically and mentally feel better. In fact, Maddie stayed active almost every day of her pregnancy—right up until the day she gave birth, something she credits with helping her recovery afterward.

Not long after becoming a mom, Maddie turned her passion for fitness into a career by earning her Pilates certification while caring for a 10-month-old baby. That’s serious dedication.

Today she’s inspiring others through her classes and continuing to grow as an instructor.

When asked what strength means to her, Maddie said it perfectly:

“Strength means pushing through when something feels hard, not just physically but mentally too. Physical strength goes hand in hand with mental and emotional strength. It takes practice, patience and persistence. We can do hard things.”

Her advice for women starting their fitness journey:

“Don’t worry about what other people think. When I first started working out, I felt awkward and unsure. Looking back, no one was paying attention except me. If I had let that fear stop me, I never would have continued my journey or become a Pilates instructor.”

What Maddie loves most about Echelon?

The community — a place where people support each other, build friendships, and show up every day to become stronger together.

Maddie, we’re proud to have you as part of the Women of Echelon and grateful for the inspiration you bring to our community.

💪 Strong women build strong communities.
