Heat wave healthy ice cream of the day: Vegan PB Cup Nice Cream. 4 frozen bananas, 1/4 C peanut butter powder, 1/4 C cocoa powder, pinch of salt, vanilla maple syrup to taste. Process in a blender until smooth. Add PB cups if you like and freeze for 4 hours.

You should probably make this today:

Tropical Fruit & Maple Sorbet

½ cups assorted tropical fruits, peeled and chopped
4 tbsp rum maple syrup
juice of ½ a lime

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add to an ice cream maker or pour into a pan and freeze until set.
