Zeta Phi Beta, Incorporated, Eta Theta Zeta Chapter and the Georgia Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association invite you to an exclusive event on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM, in observance of Mental Health Awareness Month. This collaborative event will feature a "Blue Table Talk" session.

This one-hour session will include three expert panelists who will discuss:

"Everyday Life Skills: Coping Strategies" presented by Olivia Tate, LPC.

"Addressing Caregiver Burnout in Alzheimer's Care" presented by Alexis Williams, MPH.

"Mindful Techniques for Stress Reduction" presented by Latisha Hart, MA, CAMSII, CGS.

"The Blue Table Talk" Session 💙
