Are you struggling with dandruff, flakes, itch, or dry scalp? Here’s how to treat dandruff at home! 💆‍♀️✨

🧴 Use a medicated dandruff shampoo (look for zinc, selenium, or tea tree)
💧 Keep your scalp hydrated — lightweight oils can help
🧖‍♀️ Gently exfoliate once a week to remove buildup
🥑 Support scalp health from the inside (omega-3s, vitamin D, hydration)
🚫 Avoid heavy styling products that clog the scalp
🧣 Be kind to your scalp — no scratching, hot water, or overwashing

Skin cancer doesn’t always show up where you expect it. Common hiding spots include the ears, scalp, lips, nose, and eyelids. These areas are often missed when applying sunscreen. ☀️ Pay special attention to these - even in the winter and don’t forget to protect and check these spots regularly!
