“Take this supplement for this” “Take this supplement for that” “Do this protocol for this” “Do this protocol for that”….
Sentences I hear constantly—friends and strangers giving advice.
“I’ve been to a holistic practitioner”
That statement stings… bc I will ask—why aren’t you better?
All those supplements and protocols, they cost money-ppl have spent thousands of dollars and still have issues, still get sick.
What’s the way forward? When you’ve done those supplements, when you’ve done those protocols—what is the way forward? What tools do you have moving forward? Do you continue to take those supplements for life? Did ALL 4 pillars of health get addressed? What. Is. The. Plan?
When you have been empowered with tools, a plan—there’s no need to keep going back.

This is massage related BUT… addressing the whole body applies here too!
What controls posture? Looks like a whole lotta muscles! It’s not one muscle to one bone… AND bone doesn’t move the muscles.
So that one pill—pharma or supplement—isn’t the magic pill for the WHOLE body!
