A couple weeks ago, I stirred up TT with a post I made. It was a fictional skit. A lot of bantering occurred, of course. Well one person decided to ask me… “why do you go to the doctor if you don’t trust them?”
My answer: “I don’t go to the doctor—why would I go when I know things like diabetes, high blood pressure etc are lifestyle driven? It was my choice, so I’m not going to go to the doctor for what I choose to stick in my mouth” The banter stopped.
I haven’t been to a doctor in 4 years, I haven’t been on the meds I was given in 4 yrs. I have the choice of what I put in my mouth everyday, to either give my body nourishing foods or food like products. If i truly want to help myself, I need to make better choices… it starts with me. I have the tools, the way forward—not dependent on another person to “save” me from myself and my choices. And that made all the difference in my life.

Ok, been pondering this for a few.
I saw someone post about a book. I looked up the book (and obviously I’m not posting the name), it had 45 protocols… yes 45!
Here’s my thought process—each protocol is for a specific condition (not whole body)… so if one had acid reflux issues and sugar issues and lung issues and one was to do each protocol—how much money would be spent doing each? How does that address underlying issues? How do you know what the underlying issue is for each? Quality supplements aren’t cheap, so does this manage symptoms or does it actually address the underlying cause? Managing symptoms is a whole lot different than addressing root cause. Imagine doing all 45 protocols… 🤯 $$$

This is MY opinion:

I’ve posted this doctor’s tweets quite frequently… this is a doctor, an allopathic doctor. If my doctor looked like this, I’d be inclined to listen bc obviously he practices what he preaches.
