Nightingale Home Care Inc. is looking to hire a Full time Nurse Coordinator (LPN) in our Augusta, Office.

This Nurse Coordinator position would include daily tasks of managing the schedules of all home health aides/ nurses, assisting the manager with recruitment and hiring, auditing and confirming of payroll, ability for on-call rotation, and assisting with other office tasks. This position will also allow an experienced LPN to oversee the in office infusion training to all pertinent field staff. In addition, the nurse coordinator will travel to client's homes and assist with infusion protocol when needed.

Qualities for our ideal Nurse Coordinator (LPN) would include punctuality, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, excellent communication with field staff and office team, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Required qualifications for this position include: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Preferred qualifications for this position include: High School Degree or equivalent, office environment experience, preferred experience in scheduling, proficiency in the use of computers, and the ability to learn.
